Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. You can sign up and trial Dealsign with the available free trial Demo Contract, but you are not able to trial the software with your own company contracts. You can send the free trial Demo Contract to your colleagues or business partners, and test the Dealsign digital negotiation and signing for free. Free trial Demo Contract also contains helpful tutorial content to learn how Dealsign works. Sending and signing the free trial Demo Contract document does not bind you in any way.
What is the Dealsign money-back satisfaction guarantee?
You’ll be billed after ordering your company workspace subscription, but we offer a 60-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied and want to cancel during the first 60 days, you can contact us and ask for a full refund. We always support our clients to start using Dealsign, and we want to make sure you are satisfied and successfully onboarding Dealsign.
How do I buy a plan for more than 5 users?
If you need more than 5 users, please contact our sales team at sales@dealsign.ai. If you have previously purchased a plan online, you can add users in the product at an additional cost per user after you activate your account.
Can I be billed in local currencies?
Yes, we'll quote you an equivalent amount in your local currency.
Are Dealsign's digital signatures legally binding?
Yes. Dealsign digital signature complies with eIDAS, ESIGN and other major regulations, and Dealsign digital signature is rated Advanced Security Level by EU and US standards. It’s advanced security level features make it more secure than most other digital signature services on the market.
Who is a sender?
A sender is someone who uploads, signs, and sends contract documents using Dealsign and requests signatures from others using Dealsign.
Who is a user?
A user is someone who is registered user to send, negotiate, sign, archive and/or manage company contracts using Dealsign.
Who is an admin user?
An admin user manages the company workspace account, including managing user rights and billing information. Company can choose as many admin users as they want, there is no separate charging for the admin user role.
Do the people I send documents to need to pay anything?
No, nothing. They get an email notifying them of the contract negotiation and/or signature request and all they need to do is open the document, negotiate and sign. There is nothing they need to pay or special training they need to have. Receivers can invite their colleagues to negotiate and sign the contract. Negotiation is collaborative and easy, signing is secure and quick. Once they've signed, Dealsign automatically notifies the users and stores the signed document securely into the Dealsign cloud.
What is a template?
Contract document templates are reused and sent out for negotiations and/or signature multiple times. When preparing a draft document for negotiation and/or signature, users can choose to save as a template. Creating a contract template saves the prepared fields to the document making future sends quick and easy. Sending out a template for negotiation and signing is fast because the contract is already prepared on the document, ensuring contracting quality and eliminating the need to start from scratch each time.
Will my annual subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you change or cancel your workspace account, which you can do from your account settings or contacting our support.
